Description: Responsible for Quality Control in IQC， PQC and FQC for FEX and subcontractors at China， in charged to keep up our internal Quality System under ISO 9001 and UL/Safety certificates. This position supervises our internal audits， corrective actions and resolve customer complaints as well as SCARS to vendors.
Dimensions: This position interacts with Falco’s top management， customers and suppliers to maintain our internal system， this position has as subordinates Calibration， IQC， PQC and FQC staff in FEX.
Duties and responsibilities:
Product Audits - Oversee that both the Customer’s and Falco’s quality standards are met through the
sampling of parts during in-process and final audits.
Corrective and Preventive Actions - Issue corrective and preventive actions to improve either a particular
FPN or an aspect of the quality system. Follow-up that such action is taken and that the action is effective in solving the root cause.
Resolve Customer Complaints and RMA – Follow-up that all Customer Complaints and RMA are resolved
and Customer notified.
Safety Agency - Verify that the productions process is in compliance with all safety agency standards， is the main contact with the safety agencies ( For example :UL or CSA audit ).
Incoming Inspection - See that raw material is properly received and inspected.
Calibration - See that all test equipment and test jigs are properly calibrated and controlled.
ISO Audits - Conduct internal audits to assure management that the quality stem is functioning and effective， it is ISO Management Representative at FEX.
Vendor Quality - Issue SCARS to Vendors based on rejection reports information and follow up that thevendors have taken effective corrective actions.
Requirements:
Engineering Degree
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO
Ability to write procedures
