现在的DLC有BUG，在等修复，steam讨论区上暂时的解决办法是：
If the DLC does not show up in game as in the following screenshot, you can follow the steps below to solve the issue:
1. Click on Steam and then on settings
2. Then select Downloads
3. There select clear download cache and restart steam
4. Log In to steam again and then start Port Royale 4
The DLC should now be available.
这个办法每次结束游戏后，再运行游戏时都要重新操作一遍。
