no, i am not a doctor, not even close, but I am really interested in psychology. Insomia has three types: chronic, acute and transient. If it does psychological problem, I suggested that you should dig out the trigger factor, then to consider what treatment should be used.
hi everyone,i am coco from hong kong.In September,i will be a year 1 student in university. In the past,my teachers taught in Chinese. But in university, they will mainly in English.I am quite afraid about using English--not only listening, but also writing. So i want to talk with you guys more to improve my writing skills. Welcome to tell me the mistakes i made in this paragraph. thank you very much.
we mainly speak in Cantonese. But when we talk, we love to add some English, putonghua or even Japanese in a sentence.for example:我昨天sent了一个email给你,你check了没有? it doesn't means that HKers love to show off or else, just because we used to say those English words. And in fact it is quite strange if we change those words in to Cantonese.
thanks for your appreciation. well...in hong kong ,we need to begin our English lessons since we were 3 years old, which means i had already studied in english for 15 years!!! as now i am a year 1 student, the standard of English become much higher than before, and i reckon that i am far from this standard. To study more effectively in the following lessons, improving my English skills is the only way. AND,i know that my writing still has lots of mistakes and the sentence are not complete or hard to understand, so i hope i can improve them by writing more.
